We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.

In this case, the product must be returned in the same condition as received and in its original packaging, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
